What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant is a self employed business owner who provides professional administrative, technical and creative assistance to clients remotely out of his or her own home. While a Virtual Assistant does not have typical office hours, clients can pay a package rate per month, or an hourly rate when work is needed.

How often do we communicate?

For each package purchased, there is a monthly connection call. During this time, we will go over work that has been done, projects that are anticipated and an analytics review. Communication is done through email and response time is within 12 hours. 

What software do you use?

I have experience with the following platforms; Google Docs/Drive, Microsoft, Quickbooks, Dropbox, Convertkit, MailChimp, Ontraport, Canva and many social media platforms. I also have knowledge with WordPress, Wix and SqaureSpace as a website platform. Please let me know if there is a platform you are most happy with and I would love to learn!

How often do you invoice?

I like to send an invoice when the month is completed. I typically give my clients 5 days to look over the invoice and make their payment.

What types of payment do you accept?

Invoices will be accepted through your banking or personal credit card.

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Of course! All accounts and information shared is completely confidential!
